Check your NPS ACCOUNT balance with NSDL application and modify your profile details..

       The new APP gives your details of Subscribers account online. The Subscriber can access latest account details as is available on the CRA web site using user ID (PRAN) and password. The APP access your account details online and provides you with user friendly interface to browse through your account information. It also enables you to maintain your latest contact details and password.

The APP gives better user experience and provides additional functionality such as 

1. View current holdings

2. Request for Transaction Statement for the year on your email ID.

3. Submit Contribution for Tier I / Tier II

4. Change Scheme Preference 

5. Aadhaar seeding 

6. Modify address using Aadhaar

7. Initiate withdrawal from Tier II account

8. View your Account details.

9. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out 

10. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and email ID. 

11. Change your Password / Secret Question

12. Regenerate password using secret question / OTP 

13. Get notifications related to NPS.



If you found any grievances related to your NPS account 


or as an e-mail to info.cra@nsdl.co.in mentioning the grievance

1. Login to https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA with your PRAN number and Password
2. Select Grievance Type as Grievance against PAO
3. Next, select the Type of Grievance like contribution not reflected, Incorrect/non updation of subscribers details etc.
4. After submission, you will be issued a unique TOKEN number. He/She can use that token no. to know the status of the grievances either through the CRA website or through the NPS Call center (1800 222 080)
5. You can also send a physical compliant letter to Grievance Redressal Cell, PFRDA, 1st Floor, ICADR Building, Vasant Kunj Institutional Area, Ph II New Delhi 70.

  1. National Pension Scheme (NPS) is a contribution retirement scheme launched by Indian Government and regulated by Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority. Subscribers are also allocated two accounts can be opened under National Pension Scheme [NPS]
